With over twenty years experience as an attorney and mortgage professional, David A. Camiel has developed a reputation as a zealous advocate for buyers, sellers and developers. Both real estate and mortgage professionals look to Mr. Camiel as a dependable referral for clients seeking counsel for real estate transactions. With an affinity for education and training, Mr. Camiel has become a valued resource to other industry professionals. A graduate of Northeastern University and Massachusetts School of Law, he is a long-time resident of Newton and proud father of two children.

Melissa D. Lee

Miss Lee focuses her legal practice on the representation of buyers, sellers, lenders, and condominium developers in real estate transactions. Prior to starting her career in real estate law, Miss Lee served as a legal advocate for low-income individuals in Massachusetts.  Her compassion and strong desire to help people has undoubtedly carried over to her real estate practice and has served to set her apart from her peers as passionate advocate for her clients.  Over the years, she has been repeatedly recognized as being one of the best attorneys when it comes to meeting the unique needs of first time home buyers.  Born in Vermont and raised in Massachusetts, Miss Lee received her BA from the College of the Holy Cross and her JD from Suffolk University Law School.  Miss Lee can often be found around Boston accompanied by her rescue pup, Daisy, and volunteers with local dog rescue groups in her spare time.

Eric Stockley

Eric Stockley focuses on the representation of buyers, sellers, lenders and developers of real property.   Mr. Stockley joined The Law Offices of David A. Camiel in early 2016 where he quickly grew a reputation as a devoted advocate for his clients on all aspects of real estate transactions.  With a specialization in the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and resolving difficult title matters, Mr. Stockley is an ardent resource for his clients’ legal needs.  A graduate of Bryant University and Roger Williams School of Law, Mr. Stockley currently lives in West Roxbury with his wife Sela where they are expecting their first child.

Clayton Brite

Clayton Brite joined The Law Offices of David A. Camiel in June of 2018. Mr. Brite focuses his practice on the representation of buyers, sellers, lenders, and condominium developers in real estate transactions. His background in accounting and finance uniquely allows him to understand the financial complexity of real estate transactions. Mr. Brite earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting from Northeastern University and his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.  A transplant from New York, Mr. Brite currently resides in Cambridge with his fiancé, Katharine.
