David A. Camiel  

Having over twenty-five years experience as an attorney and mortgage professional, I have developed a reputation as a zealous advocate for buyers, sellers and developers. Nicole Torres 

Managing Attorney

Nicole works primarily representing buyers and sellers in all matters involving residential real estate transactions, including negotiations with opposing parties, drafting purchase and sale agreements, and collecting all required documentation for closings. Nicole attended Babson College before completing her legal education at Suffolk Law, and she is also conversant in Spanish. Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys an active lifestyle and traveling as much as possible with her husband and two children.

Elina Ouarraoui 

Associate Attorney

Elina’s practice concentrates on all aspects of residential real estate transactions. She represents buyers, sellers, and investors in the acquisition, sale and development of residential real estate. Elina specializes in the review and negotiation of Purchase and Sale Agreements, curing title defects, and conducting closings. She lives in Waltham with her husband and daughter, Layla (named after her favorite Eric Clapton song). Out of the office, Elina enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling the world.

Heather A. Phipps 

Associate Attorney

Heather is an associate who concentrates her practice in residential real estate.  She enjoys representing buyers and sellers in the purchasing, selling and financing of real estate.  Heather received her Bachelor of Art degree in Criminal Justice at St. Anselm College and Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.  Heather is a life-long resident of Lowell, where she presently lives with her husband and son.  In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, building Lego sets with her son and is always ready to make a Target run.

Jared P. Moore 

Associate Attorney

Jared is an associate concentrating his practice in residential real estate matters. He represents buyers, sellers and investors in the acquisition, sale and financing or real estate. Jared received his Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, where he was a member of the Journal of High Technology Law. Jared lives in Canton with his fiancée and enjoys playing basketball and tennis whenever he can.

Meredith Patey

Associate Attorney

Meredith is an Associate with our firm and represents buyers, sellers, lenders, and developers in all phases of real estate transactions. Meredith graduated from Boston University with a BS in Biology and received her JD from Suffolk University Law School. Aside from her practice in residential real estate, Meredith also has her own practice in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Law and represents gestational surrogates and egg donors in contract negotiation. 

Outside of work, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband and three children at their many sporting events and with friends on and off the tennis court.  She lives in Needham and works in our Chestnut Hill office.

 

Amy Cain

Associate Attorney

Amy practices in the areas of residential real estate law counseling buyers, sellers and lenders throughout all steps of real estate transactions. She has broad experience with real estate conveyancing and curing title issues, in connection with bankruptcy, divorce and probate law. 

After graduating Boston University with a B.S. in journalism, Amy received her law degree from New England Law\Boston. She is also a Massachusetts licensed real estate instructor teaching continuing education classes to real estate agents.

She lives in Mansfield, MA with her husband and son and slightly overweight tabby cat. Her family loves to ski and have been active in the Mansfield high school soccer and track and field communities.
